In my current role, I take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of an in-house Polarion extension using Java, JavaScript, and other modern technologies. My responsibilities cover the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, and long-term maintainability. I work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and efficient engineering workflows. In addition to feature development and code quality assurance, I actively drive process and tooling improvements by introducing new technologies, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing existing development workflows. I also support the administration and optimization of product development tools, including license management, while working in an agile Scrum environment.

In this position, I worked as a Frontend Developer at A365 in Salzburg, focusing on developing and enhancing user interfaces to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience. Given that I was often the sole developer in the company, my role extended beyond frontend development to encompass full-stack responsibilities. This experience allowed me to manage and execute various aspects of web development independently, from design and frontend coding to backend integration, demonstrating my ability to handle a broad range of technical challenges and deliver comprehensive solutions.

As a working student at IT2Media, I continued to build on my internship experience in SAP Business Solutions. My role involved supporting ongoing projects, assisting with system implementation, and collaborating with the team to optimize business processes and software solutions.
